What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email, phone (optional), event type, event date, guest count, budget, and message you choose to share. We do not collect data about you unless you submit it yourself.
How we use it
Contact submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry and plan your event. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.
Access & storage
Submissions are stored in our managed backend and are readable only by authenticated Varnana administrators. Database row-level security policies enforce this access at the data layer. Gallery files are served from a restricted bucket that only exposes images published to our public gallery.
Abuse prevention
The contact form validates input length and format, and rate-limits submissions per email address to reduce spam and abuse.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small number of trusted services to operate this site, including our hosting and database provider, our email-delivery provider, and our file-storage provider. Your data is processed only as needed to deliver the service you requested.
Retention & deletion
Contact submissions are kept while they remain relevant to your inquiry. To request deletion of your information, email us using the address below.
